GRANDMA'S MARATHON $1800 for 3 nights minimum stay
We require a three night minimum stay
We require a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit that will be returned within one week of your departure when you leave Singing Waters Guest House in the condition in which you found them.
A Sales Tax of 7.38% will be added to your reservation- not including the Refundable Damage Deposit.
A $100 Cleaning Fee will be added to all reservations. We're proud to offer the cleanest vacation rental you've ever stayed at!
We require 50% down payment when you make your reservation. The balance including the $250 Refundable Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your arrival.
Our cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations BEFORE 60 days of check in.
50% refund for cancellations within 60 days.
A full refund will be sent if we can rebook the dates of your cancellation!
AVAILABILITY
As of February 2016, the major online booking sites AirBnB, VRBO.com and HOMEAWAY.com have started adding a SERVICE FEE charged to all guests. We do not receive this fee, it goes straight to these sites for advertising and building their bottom line. When you book directly through us using secure online payments via PayPal, we can save you approximately 10% on your vacation.
